Take notice that the Borough Council of the Borough of Heidelberg will consider adoption of an Ordinance fixing the tax
rate for the 2010 fiscal year, at a public meeting to be held at the Heidelberg Hall, 456 First Street, on December 15, 2009
at 7:00 PM. The title and summary of the proposed Ordinance is as follows: Title: An Ordinance of the Borough of Heidelberg,
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate for the year 2010.
The proposed ordinance will establish and maintain a real estate tax millage of 8.5 mills for the Borough of Heidelberg
in 2010. A full copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the Borough Manager, during normal
business hours.

Availability of Proposed Budget
Notice is hereby given that the 2010 proposed Municipal Budget is currently available for public inspection during normal
business hours, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in the Office of the Borough Manager, Heidelberg Borough Building, located at 1631
East Railroad Street, Heidelberg, PA, through December 15, 2009 when it is scheduled for adoption by Borough Council.
