THANK YOU HEIDELBERG! A special thank you to all of the volunteers, staff, Heidelberg VFD, and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy’s TreeVitalize Program for participating in this past weekend’s Let’s Redd Up Heidelberg! Through your help, 17 new trees were planted around town, over 50 bags of litter were collected, over 100lbs of unwanted or expired medication was collected and properly disposed of by our Heidelberg Police’s Drug Take Back Event, and three large 30-yard dumpsters of debris were collected that wouldn’t otherwise be collected during weekly pickup. We truly did a great job keeping Heidelberg clean and a great place to live!
